What an adorable picture you've scrapped. Your title, "picture perfect" is right on the mark!
My suggestions would be:
1. Add a drop shadow to your flower that is at the same level as your buttons and maybe on the strip of paper you've used as a border too.
2. The red buttons are great, maybe swap them out for a contrasting color and see what you think too. The white ones in your kit would be perfect. A touch of contrast might brighten up those pretty little dresses as well.
3. The last part of your journaling reads a little funny to me. Since you are using the plural of the word memory, changing the word "is" to "are" would be the correct verbiage.... "My memories... are always... "

I think this is a top-notch LO, because you've included some journaling that in years to come will remind you of the feelings you have for this moment in time. I also like that you've stacked several paper elements to give the page some depth - but you've kept the focus on that terrific photo! I'm not much of a "center of the page" kind of person. So placing the photo slightly off center works really well. Helps my eye stay focused on the faces rather than roaming the page looking for perfectly spaced elements.
By the way - I love that kit you've used. It has some awesome elements and papers that could be used for Christmas, and Anniversary LO's too. Great versatility with that kit and the price is right as well.
WTG with this fab-o-lous memory page. I love it!
