We've just come back from a week's holiday in sunny Oakura, Bay of Islands. Nothing but sun, sun, sun & swim weather every day. At last it felt we finally got a glimps of our summer here!
We experienced these delicious morsels while on our stay and helped with foraging, shucking and cooking them up - yum yum!
