GIMP Photo Challenge #1 - Improved Photo

This are my photos for the GIMP Photo Challenge.

I followed the steps on this online GIMP Tutorial:

After that, I just made my photo Grey scale (Image->Mode->Greyscale)

Then I added a little touch or color using "Color Balance" (Colors->Color Balance).
