How about a GIMP Photography Challenge?

The Challenge: To modify and improve one of your photos using any GIMP Photo Techniques.

Optional - Use the modified photo in one of your June Layout Challenges

What to Post:

• Post the photo BEFORE the changes in the June Chalenge Gallery
• Post the photo AFTER you made your changes in the June Chalenge Gallery
• Add a link to your photos on this thread, along with an explanation of what did you to the photos (step by step -please. ) and/or give us the link to the online tutorial that you followed.

The purpose of the tutorial is for all GIMP users to share photo techniques so we can all learn from each other.

I followed the steps on this online GIMP Tutorial:
http://howto.nicubunu.ro/portraits_touch-up_gimp/

After that, I just made my photo Grey scale (Image->Mode->Greyscale)
Then changed it back to RGB (Image->Mode->RGB)

Then I added a little touch or color using "Color Balance" (Colors->Color Balance).
