Favourite Filters??

What are some of your favourite filters you've added to GIMP?

I really want to add a whole bunch but I find it tedious going through the lists and so few have a real preview of what they do. I really want one that adds circular dots or cut outs (so positive or negative) to allow the background through (or a brush would even do)... more textures (like canvas). Any other filters out there that you can't do without? I love grunge and texture.
