I've fixed this before and I think it was under fillers. But, I don't remember whick one. This happens sometimes when I resize a picture. I know I saw somewhere how to fix it and it showed a before and after image. Anyone KWIM? TIA!

In Gimp you will want to try a high pass filter if you have it.. otherwise use the sharpen mask.
Also remember to click on (bi)cubic sharpener when you resize and do a step resizer if you change size dramatically. |
