I get a little confused with message boards. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to hit the reply button, or start a new thread.

I joined yesterday, but I could not find the introduction page. So I fear I may have posted in the wrong category. I would like to learn more about scrapbooking, and I'm wondering if I need photoshop. I purchased some elements, and I don't know how to use them

Hi Fiona, welcome to SGD and welcome to digital scrapbooking! You do not need photoshop but you do need a program that allows you to open and use PNG files. I believe some people use Paint Shop Pro, Gimp, Photoshop elements and not sure which other programs work.
