I'm a member, I'm logged in to store and have downloaded items before without problems. When placed in the store these items do not appear with a 0 balance. I've sent two emails through Contact Us in the store but no one has gotten back with me. Would someone please advise why this is happening, I paid for the memberships several months ago and I'm not able to use the memberships at this time.
