Anyone have Python installed

I was wondering if anyone had python installed and if they remembered how they did it. I have instructions but they were written by someone who makes a few to many assumptions lol

Python is a required platform to run some GIMP plug ins. I came across one that allows you to organize brushes, so I really want to install it. I wish I knew a techno geek :P

I'm assuming you mean in Windows?

http://registry.gimp.org/node/3916 - this might be able to help. I haven't tested it seeing as I run Ubuntu Linux, but it might get you going in the right direction.

Ahhhh. Lemme take a look into it, and see if I can decipher it into something humanly do-able. (GIMP people are the WORST documentation writers ever... I could rant on, but I'm not going to ). It might be a day or two because I need to set up a Windows virtual machine, but I'll get it figured out if someone else around here hasn't.
