I take it you would like more than 'I do' lol
Under Xtns (same one Refresh Scripts is under)>Logos>Text Circle... unfortunately this is only in black with two layers (so you could discard the background colour, and recolour the text). You can also do text to path.... draw a circle, set selection as a path, create a text layer and then in the text tool box you will find 'text to path' select that and play with the font size until it fills the circle. (Remember to select to the circle path instead of the text path it created after you resize the font or it will use the previous attempt as the path instead of the circle (or delete the previous attempt from the paths toolbox)). When you like what you have select 'path to selection' in the paths toolbox (make sure you're on the right text path). You can then fill the text in with anything you wish. Discard the original text layer when you're all done. I hope that explains it. Last edited by nifty : 09-19-2008 at 04:40 PM. |

thanks nifty!! this is something I wanted to know to!! so, if you draw a path, you can do the text to path and all that just like you would for the circle??? I have learned so much from you in the last few months I have been here!!! Thank you so much. I may have to make you all a special surprise just for all the help you have given me. Anyone like templates???

Yes, you can draw any type of shape line whatever... hand doodle something and scan it and turn it into a path, the sky's the limit. It does require some fiddling to get it to look the way you want, so either delete some attempts and make sure you are always on the shape path, not one of your attempts (I always remember that the hard way lol ).
