I think my order was double charge/order twice/duplicated

Question: I think my order was double charge because I received two identical orders.

Dear customer,

Our records indicate that sometimes the system generates a duplicate order when it loses connection with pay pal, but it only charges for one order. So far, none of the orders that have been duplicated were charge twice.

I still recommend that You check your pay pal records. It should only display one charge for your order. If you think this is a mistake, please email BOTH pay pal receipts where you were charge for each order and I will investigate the issue further.
