All Digital Scrapbooks Layouts must be submitted by Sep 31, 2006.
Voting will start Oct 1, 2006 and is open to the public.
Voting will end Oct 15, 2006.
Winners will be posted/announce in this forum
Winners will receive their Gift Certificate thru email.
