Why am I being asked to write a product review?

Customer Service is our number one priority and we love to hear what you think about the products that you downloaded, regardless whether the products were downloaded for free or paid for.

So, two weeks after you download one of our products, we sent you an email asking you to write a short review about the products that you downloaded.

This is also a great opportunity for us to find out if you had any other problems with the product. For example, downloading the product, using the products, etc.

We appreciate the time you to take to let us know how you feel about our products and if we see that a product is too difficult to use or gets too many negative reviews, then we might decide to remove the product from our store or to improve it in some way.
