Capturing the special moments on your Digital Scrapbooks thru Journaling

We take pictures for a lot of reasons, but the most important one is because we want to capture the moment. Along with those moments there are comments, facts, events, thoughts, stories and most important -feelings. All of these are great ideas for your Scrapbooks journaling. By adding part of this information to your Scrapbooks, you capture more than just the visual; you capture the entire moment, you add sentimental value to your Scrapbooks.Your journaling should include facts, events or thoughts that are special at the time the pictures were taken or during that time frame. It should include additional information that the pictures can't say, even thought a picture is worth a thousand words!

Some Ideas for your Digital Scrapbooks Journals:
  • Funny Comments your kids say now that they are 3 or 4 years old.
  • All of special things a friend, family member, or your pet represent to you.
  • All of the different things that were important on your 30th Birthday
  • They way you felt when your kid was born.
  • The top 10 reasons why you love your spouse
  • Interview with your Grandmother, your 5-year old, your cousin, your friend, etc
  • Proud moments of your life
  • Your father's favorite words
  • How your mother showed you she loves you

Journaling is an important part of your Digital Scrapbooking; they add sentimental value to your Scrapbooks and makes them very personal and unique. So, the next time your create a Digital Scrapbook, consider adding some additional "special" information.
