Well, it loaded on WIN 7 just fine. I will mention you should install the Gtk setup first. When I tried to install the GIMP it told me I did not have GTK and I was really confused.
Finally I saw it and installed, then the GIMP went fine.
NOW I have to learn how to use it. LOl
