What happend is that it was brought to my attention that the blog daily email notifications were getting sent at 5:30 am or so, and I was updating the daily download at 6:30 am. So everyone is getting the notification of the daily download for the previous day. This basically means that the blog email notifications for the first download was only good for one hour, even thought the first daily download was available all day.
So, to fix this, I changed the daily download file update to 4:30 am, so that the blog email notification was sent with the right file.
I will make the first-day download available again, for a few days, in a few days.
Even with all of these confusion, anybody that came each day and downloaded each day's file, would have not missed any of them. The trouble was in the friendly reminder emails.
