Challenges

I was just wondering if there was a prize or point system for the challenges? If not, would be nice to have prizes donated by some of the designers or CT members! Makes it more fun!

I use to use a program called Scrapbook Factory...and I loved it; but it wasn't compatible with anything else. That's when I discovered the GIMP! I have been using it for about 6 months...

GIMP drop shadows??

I was wondering if there was an action or something to easily add drop shadows to GIMP LOs? I hear about actions for other programs, but are there any for GIMP?

Hi Kathy! I have only been using GIMP for a few months myself, so I am not an expert. Here is how I start a layout/page to scrap:

1. Go up to the "FILE" menu and choose "NEW"
2. A box will pop up...

I don't use QP too often, but since I figured out how to use templates in GIMP not to long ago, I LOVE using templates. Sometimes I think they just get the creative juices flowing in my head!!
