How to Use Overlays
 

Hi everyone,

I kind of just started this year to use gimp for scrapbooking. Now i want to start to make my papers more personalized by using overlays . :) For example:

But i can not find any tutorial how to do that. :confused: Is there someone how can explain it to me?
